摘 要:2021年7月20日郑州市遭遇罕见强降水过程,城市市区及周边多个地区发生严重洪涝灾害,因此对洪涝灾害的快速监测与灾后评估显得尤为重要.以强降雨前后的GF-3号SAR影像为数据源,采用PIE-Basic软件对郑州市市辖区的水体进行提取,通过强降雨前后水体面积变化对郑州市市辖区的洪涝灾害进行监测.结果表明,丁店水库在此次降雨过程中受影响较为严重;郑州市东部区域受洪涝灾害影响较大;GF-3号影像在降雨过程中影像包含丰富信息,能够准确监测城市内涝中水体淹没范围变化.Zhengzhou suffered a rare heavy rainfall process on July 20,2021,and serious flood disaster occurred in the urban and surrounding areas.Therefore,rapid monitoring and post disaster assessment of flood disasters are particularly important.This paper takes SAR image of GF-3 before and after heavy rainfall as the data source,and then the water body of Zhengzhou municipal areas are extracted using PIE-Basic software,and monitors the flood disaster of Zhengzhou through the change of water body area before and after heavy rainfall.The results show that Dingdian reservoir was seriously affected during the rainfall,and the eastern region of Zhengzhou was greatly affected by flood and waterlogging.GF-3 image contains rich information during rainfall and can accurately monitor the change of water body range in urban waterlogging.
