摘　　要：乙醇汽油是目前二氧化碳排放最低的一种燃料。与汽油相比,乙醇汽油对发动机油的稀释作用更强。为了快速测定发动机油中的乙醇含量,在SP 0W-20发动机油中乙醇含量为0.5%~7.0%时,采用气相色谱外标法绘制了乙醇含量/峰面积积分值的标准工作曲线,该曲线线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9936,建立了快速测定SP 0W-20发动机油中的乙醇含量的方法。利用标准工作曲线可对发动机耐久性台架试验(燃料为E85乙醇汽油)后的SP 0W-20发动机油中的乙醇含量进行快速检测。在1600 r/min~2400 r/min的转速范围内,发动机转速越高,SP 0W-20发动机油中的乙醇含量也越高,表明乙醇汽油对发动机油的稀释作用越强。可以通过发动机耐久性台架试验来研发和评价抗乙醇汽油稀释的发动机油。Ethanol gasoline was a fuel of the lowest carbon dioxide emission at present.Compared with gasoline,ethanol gasoline had a stronger dilution effect on engine oil.In order to quickly determine the ethanol content in engine oil,when the ethanol content in SP 0W-20 engine oil was 0.5%~7.0%,the standard working curve of ethanol content/peak area integral value was drawn by gas chromatography external standard method.The linear relationship of the curve was good,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9936.A method for rapid determination of ethanol content in SP 0W-20 engine oil was established.The standard working curve could be used to quickly detect the ethanol content in SP OW-20 engine oil after engine durability bench test(the fuel was E85 ethanol gasoline).In the range of 1600 r/min~2400 r/min,the higher the engine speed,the higher the ethanol content in SP 0W-20 engine oil,indicating that ethanol gasoline had a stronger dilution effect on engine oil.Anti-ethanol gasoline diluted engine oil could be developed and evaluated by engine durability bench test.
