摘　　要：滚动轴承的疲劳寿命和/或轴承润滑脂的使用寿命服从Weibull分布,因此通常采用Weibull分布来对轴承和/或润滑脂的寿命进行评估。对Weibull分布数据处理的数学模型进行了探讨,并基于VBA(Visual Basic for Application)编程语言,开发了一款适用于评估轴承和/或润滑脂寿命的程序。开发的程序可以快速生成Weibull概率纸并打印,同时可以自动作图并求解Weibull形状参数,尺度参数,F_(10)和F_(50)参数,方便用户用图解法高效地评估轴承和/或润滑脂的寿命。与Minitab商业软件相比,开发的程序更能准确地评估轴承和/或润滑脂的寿命,可以推广使用。The fatigue life of rolling bearings and/or the service life of bearing grease obey Weibull distribution,so Weibull distribution was usually used to evaluate the life of bearings and/or grease.The mathematical model of Weibull distributed data processing was discussed,and a program suitable for evaluating the service life of bearings and/or greases was developed based on VBA(Visual Basic for Application)programming language.The developed program could quickly generate Weibull probability paper and print it.At the same time,it could automatically draw and solve Weibull shape parameters,scale parameters,F_(10) and F_(50) parameters.It was convenient for the user to efficiently evaluate the service life of bearings and/or greases by graphical method.Compared with Minitab commercial software,the developed program could more accurately evaluate the life of bearings and/or grease,and could be popularized.
