摘  要:将受阻酚酯,烷基二苯胺,烷基萘胺,氨基甲酸酯及甲基苯骈三氮唑衍生物等5类抗氧剂进行复合,研制了一种无灰型复合抗氧剂(AO-C复合抗氧剂)。在Yubase-6基础油中,用旋转氧弹法,加压差示扫描量热法,快速氧化安定性测试法及静态氧化试验等模拟方法对AO-C复合抗氧剂的抗氧化性能进行了评价。在旋转氧弹试验中,AO-C复合抗氧剂的氧化诱导期达到了1366 min,较3—(3,5—二叔丁基-4—羟基苯基)丙酸异辛酯(RHY505抗氧剂)的氧化诱导期延长了约817%,较丁基辛基二苯胺(RHY530抗氧剂)的氧化诱导期延长了约718%。在加压差示扫描量热法试验中,AO-C复合抗氧剂的氧化诱导期为44 min,较RHY505抗氧剂的氧化诱导期延长了约214%,较RHY530抗氧剂的氧化诱导期延长了约175%。在快速氧化安定性测试中,AO-C复合抗氧剂的氧化诱导期为72 min,较RHY505抗氧剂的氧化诱导期延长了约243%,较RHY530抗氧剂的氧化诱导期延长了约125%。静态氧化试验后,AO-C复合抗氧剂的100℃运动黏度增长率为0.13%,较RHY505抗氧剂降低了1.72百分点,较RHY530抗氧剂降低了2.18百分点;酸值增加值为0.01 mg/g,较RHY505抗氧剂降低了约96%,较RHY530抗氧剂降低了约97%。与0.6%RHY505+0.4%RHY530复合抗氧剂相比较,添加1.0%AO-C复合抗氧剂的CI-415W-40柴油机油的氧化诱导期延长了约80%~46%,氧化沉积物减少了约28%,热管评级提高了3级。An ashless complex antioxidant(AO-C complex antioxidant)was prepared by compounding five antioxidants,such as hindered phenol ester,alkyl diphenylamine,alkyl naphthylamine,carbamate and methyl benzotriazole derivatives.In Yubase-6 base Stock,the antioxidative performance of AO-C complex antioxidant were evaluated by some simulation tests such as rotating oxygen bomb method,pressurized differential scanning calorimetry test,rapid oxidation stability test method and static oxidation test.In the rotating oxygen bomb test,the oxidative induction time of AO-C complex antioxidant reached 1366 min,which was about 817%longer than that of 3—(3,5—bitertbutyl-4—hydroxyphenyl)isooctyl propionate(RHY505 antioxidant)and about 718%longer than that of butyl octyl diphenylamine(RHY530 antioxidant).In the pressurized differential scanning calorimetry test,the oxidative induction time of AO-C complex antioxidant was 44 min,which was about 214%longer than that of RHY505 antioxidant and 175%longer than that of RHY530 antioxidant.In the rapid oxidation stability test,the oxidative induction time of AO-C complex antioxidant was 72 min,which was about 243%longer than that of RHY505 antioxidant and about 125%longer than that of RHY530 antioxidant.After static oxidation test,the 100℃kinematic viscosity growth rate of AO-C complex antioxidant was 0.13%,which was 1.72%lower than that of RHY505 antioxidant and 2.18%lower than that of RHY530 antioxidant;The added number of acid number was 0.01 mg/g,which was about 96%lower than RHY505 antioxidant and about 97%lower than RHY530 antioxidant.Compared with 0.6%RHY505+0.4%RHY530 complex antioxidant,the oxidative induction time of CI-415W-40 Diesel engine oil added with 1.0%AO-C complex antioxidant was prolonged by about 80%~46%,the oxidative sediment was reduced by about 28%,and the heat tube rating was improved by grade3.
