“纤维街区”理念下的上海杨浦船厂片区城市设计策略探讨

摘　　要：文章以上海杨浦船厂片区为例,结合滨江区域产业转型与公共空间贯通工程的城市有机更新背景,引入"纤维街区"理念对滨江工业遗产风貌区、里弄历史风貌街区及历史保护建筑进行空间整合与功能活化。同时,从尺度性、功能性、密度性、交往性、生态性和管理性6个维度对4种"纤维街区"类型进行空间界定与设计引导,并对重组后的创新街区形态、功能和实施策略进行空间设计表达,以期为国内同类城市设计提供案例参考。With Shanghai Yangpu shipyard as an example,the paper combines riverside industrial transition and public space creation for urban regeneration,introduces the concept of fiber block to integrate riverside industrial heritage area,Linong historical feature block,and historical buildings and vitalize the functions.Meanwhile,the paper defines 4 types of fiber blocks from 6 aspects of accessibility,function,density,communication,ecology,and management,and puts forwards design proposals for the form,function,and implementation of the newly integrated creative blocks.
