摘　　要：在快速城镇化背景下,屡次突破的建筑高度成为威胁历史文化景观风貌的重要因素,控制性详细规划中常规的建筑高度控制方法已难以适应新时期历史文化名城保护与发展的需求。文章以日喀则市历史文化名城为例,通过分析建筑高度的演变历程与存在问题,从"保护与发展"的视角出发,采用分区梯级式高度控制与线性连续眺望高度控制相向叠加的手段,并与控制性详细规划中的建筑高度控制要求相衔接,形成新的建筑高度控制方法。在此基础上,文章从引导、设计、管控3个方面提出日喀则市建筑高度控制与优化策略,期望促进日喀则市历史文化名城的保护与发展。New buildings frequently break height regulations and threatens historical and cultural landscape features in fast urbanization.Building height control in regulatory plan has lagging behind historical city preservation and development.With Shigatse historical city as an example,the paper studies the evolution and problems of building height,proposes a combinative approach of graded height control and linear vista height control,and forms a new height control approach together with regulatory requirements.It further puts forwards optimization strategies from guidance,design,and governance of building height,so as to promote historical city preservation and development of Shigatse.
