摘 要:目前设计的瓷质绝缘子非接触式故障检测系统在检测过程中容易带入高频干扰,导致信息泄露。为此,基于激光激励设计了一种新的瓷质绝缘子非接触式故障检测系统。系统硬件由嵌入器、检测器和微处理器组成,采用CMOS传感器提高信息的传感能力,通过激光激励技术检查出瓷质绝缘子自身的共振频率,设计系统软件部分。通过绝缘子位置获取、计算共振频率、分析频率结果来实现故障检测。实验结果表明,基于激光激励的瓷质绝缘子非接触式故障检测系统能够有效抵消高频干扰和漏能,减少信息泄露。At present,the noncontact fault detection system for porcelain insulator is easy to bring in highfrequency interference in the detection process,resulting in information leakage.A new noncontact fault detection system for porcelain insulator based on laser excitation is proposed.The hardware of the system is composed of an embedded device,a detector and a microprocessor.The CMOS sensor is selected to improve the sensing ability of the information.The resonance frequency of the porcelain insulator is detected by laser excitation technology,and the software part of the system is designed.The fault detection is realized by obtaining insulator position,calculating resonance frequency and analyzing frequency results.The experimental results show that the noncontact fault detection system based on laser excitation can effectively eliminate highfrequency interference and energy leakage,and reduce information leakage.
