摘  要:目的总结包合物的表征手段及在现代制剂中的应用。方法通过查阅国内外包合物相关文献,对包合物的表征手段及在现代制剂中的应用进行归纳。结果包合物的表征手段主要包括薄层色谱法(TLC)、显微镜法和电镜扫描法、热分析法、紫外-可见分光光度法等。包合物在现代制剂中主要应用在增加药物溶出速度、提高药物稳定性等方面。结论包合物作为一种独特形式的络合物,能增加难溶性药物的溶出度,增加药物稳定性,提高药物生物利用度。Objective To summarize the characterization methods of inclusion compounds and their applications in modern preparations.Methods By consulting domestic and foreign literatures related to inclusion compounds,the characterization methods of inclusion compounds and their applications in modern preparations were summarized.Results The characterization methods of inclusion compounds mainly includethin-layer chromatography,microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,thermal analysis,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and other methods.The inclusion compound is mainly used in modern preparations to increase the dissolution rate and improve the stability of drugs.Conclusion As a unique form of complex,the inclusion compound can increase the dissolution rate of poorly soluble drugs,enhance drug stability,and improve drug bioavailability.
