摘  要:目的探讨双开门椎管扩大成形术对脊髓型颈椎病合并高血压患者血压的影响。方法2018年6月至2020年9月共42例于中山大学附属第七医院骨科行双开门椎管扩大成形术的脊髓型颈椎病合并高血压患者;其中男24例,女18例;年龄41~86(56.3±9.4)岁。监测术前术后血压及降压药物使用情况。结果术后1周、术后1个月的收缩压、舒张压均较术前下降(t=2.41、2.65、3.58、3.12,P<0.05)。术后高血压各分级所占比例均较术前降低(χ^(2)=4.27、4.92、4.16,P<0.05)。全部42病例降压药物未见增药;31%病例术后减药或停药。结论颈椎后路双开门椎管扩大成形术可降低脊髓型颈椎病合并高血压患者的血压水平。Objective To investigate the effect of double-door laminoplasty on blood pressure of patients with both cervical spondylotic myelopathy and hypertension.Methods From June 2018 to September 2020,42 patients with both cervical spondylotic myelopathy and hypertension,aged 41-86(56.3±9.4)year,underwent double-door laminoplasty in Department of Orthopedics,Seventh Hospital Affiliated to Zhongshan University.Blood pressure and antihypertensive drug use were monitored before and after operation.Results Blood pressure 1 week and 1 month after surgery were significantly lower compared with blood pressure before surgery(t=2.41,2.65,3.58,3.12,P<0.05).Incidence of all blood pressure grades significantly decreased.No additional medicine was needed for patient to control blood after surgery(χ^(2)=4.27、4.92、4.16,P<0.05).The drugs were reducted or withdrawaled in 31%cases after operation.Conclusion Double-door laminoplasty can help lower blood pressure of patients with both cervical spondylotic myelopathy and hypertension.
