摘 要:目的探究呼出气一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)联合血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)及IgE检测对支气管哮喘的临床诊断价值。方法选择自2019年6月—2020年6月我院收治的60例支气管哮喘患者为观察组,另选取60例健康志愿者为对照组。对两组患者均进行FeNO联合血清ECP及IgE检测,对比观察组和对照组的检测结果,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者FeNO、ECP及IgE指标数据全部高于对照组健康志愿者,观察组FeNO、ECP及IgE数据分别为(65.11±30.89)ppb、(39.10±19.52)μg/L、(326.97±162.65)IU/mL,对照组FeNO、ECP及IgE数据分别为(30.24±13.64)ppb、(17.59±8.21)μg/L、(180.22±89.24)IU/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者支气管哮喘发作期FeNO、ECP及IgE指标数据全部高于缓解期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FeNO联合血清ECP及IgE检测对支气管哮喘有临床诊断价值,支气管哮喘患者FeNO、ECP及IgE检测指标与正常值之间有较大差异,诊断灵敏性较高,联合诊断能明显降低误诊率,提高诊断水平,有临床应用价值,建议进行推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of FeNO combined with serum ECP and IgE detection in bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of observation group,and another 60 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.FeNO combined with serum ECP and IgE tests were performed on 120 patients in the observation group and the control group.The test results of the observation group and the control group were compared,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results FeNO,ECP and IgE indicators in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,FeNO,ECP and IgE data in the observation group were(65.11±30.89)ppb,(39.10±19.52)μg/L,(326.97±162.65)IU/mL,and(30.24±13.64)ppb,(17.59±8.21)μg/L,(180.22±89.24)IU/mL in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FeNO,ECP and IgE indexes of the patients in attack period of bronchial asthma in the observation group were all higher than those in the remission stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FeNO joint serum ECP and IgE detection is a clinical diagnostic value in patients with bronchial asthma,bronchial asthma patients FeNO,ECP and IgE testing index and has a larger gap between normal and diagnostic sensitivity is higher,and joint diagnosis can obviously decrease the misdiagnosis rate,improve the level of diagnosis and have clinical application value,Suggestions for popularization and application.
