摘　　要：目的对静脉注射荧光素钠眼底血管造影致过敏性休克的护理效果进行评价分析。方法选择2019年1月—2020年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的68例患者作为研究对象,将其按照护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组患者接受临床治疗常规护理,观察组患者接受针对性护理干预模式,对两组患者的护理满意度、过敏性休克发生情况等指标进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组过敏性休克发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作满意度为94.12%,对照组患者对护理工作满意度为70.59%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对静脉注射荧光素钠眼底血管造影患者实施有针对性的护理,可有效降低过敏性休克的发生率,改善患者护理效果,提高患者护理满意度,临床效果显著,值得关注并推广。Objective To evaluate and analyze the nursing effect of anaphylactic shock caused by intravenous injection of fluorescein sodium fundus angiography.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,68 patients in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected as the research object,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the nursing method,with 34 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine clinical care,patients in the observation group received targeted nursing intervention mode,and the two groups'nursing satisfaction,anaphylactic shock and other indicators were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of sexual shock in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing work in the observation group was 94.12%,and that in the control group was 70.59%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with intravenous injection of fluorescein sodium fundus angiography can effectively reduce the incidence of anaphylactic shock,improve the nursing effect of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.The clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of attention and promotion.
