自制输液防护套在小儿静脉输液管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的利用自制小儿静脉输液防护套,应用于小儿静脉输液治疗管理,探讨应用效果,降低小儿输液意外事件发生率,使输液治疗顺利完成,减轻患儿痛苦提高家属满意度。方法将2019年7月1日—12月31日在我院需要进行静脉输液治疗住院患儿3569例为观察组;2019年1月1日—6月30日在我院需要进行静脉输液治疗住院患儿3569为对照组,两组患儿在常规静脉穿刺成功后对照组采用胶布、夹板等常规固定方法,实验组患儿使用输液防护套行输液防护,统计两组输液不良事件发生情况及患儿家属满意度。结果观察组患儿输液儿输液过程中出现液体渗漏、自行拔针、重复穿刺等输液不良事件明显少于对照组,家属对护士输液工作满意度明显高于对照组,比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用自制输液防护套应用于患儿输液管理能降低输液渗漏、自行拔针等意外事件发生,减少重复静脉穿刺,减少患儿痛苦,提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective The self-made protective sleeve for infantile intravenous infusion was applied to the treatment and management of infantile intravenous infusion,and the application effect was discussed to reduce the incidence of infantile infusion accidents,make the infusion treatment successfully completed,reduce the pain of children and improve family satisfaction.Methods The observation group included 3569 hospitalized children requiring intravenous infusion in our hospital from July 1 to December 312019.From January 1 to June 302019,3569 hospitalized children were treated with intravenous infusion in our hospital as the control group.After the success of conventional venipuncture,the control group was fixed with adhesive tape,splint and other conventional methods,while the experimental group was protected with infusion protective sleeve.The incidence of infusion adverse events and the satisfaction of children's family members in the two groups were counted.Results In the observation group,there were less infusion adverse events such as liquid leakage,self-pulling needle and repeated puncture in the infusion process,and the family members'satisfaction with the infusion work of nurses was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made protective sleeve to the transfusion management of children can reduce the incidence of transfusion leakage,self-pulling needle and other accidents,reduce the repeated venipuncture,reduce the pain of children,and improve the satisfaction of the nursing work of children's families.
