摘 要:目的探讨重复流产对F1代雄鼠生长发育情况和交配繁殖能力的影响。方法将经历2次药物流产之后的BALB/c小鼠再次妊娠后分娩的F1代雄鼠作为实验组,未经历流产小鼠分娩的F1代作为对照组。比较出生3周后,2组F1代小鼠存活率和体质量增长情况。比较2组F1代雄鼠睾丸发育情况、附睾精子密度、精子活力以及重复流产后F1代雄鼠交配生殖能力的变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组F1代小鼠存活率、生长发育状况无显著差异(P>0.05),但实验组F1代雄鼠睾丸重量(P<0.01)、精子密度(P<0.05)、精子活力(P<0.05)显著低于对照组,并且交配合笼能力显著低于对照组(P<0.05),提示实验组F1代雄鼠生殖系统发育和生育能力降低。结论母本重复流产经历将会影响F1代雄鼠的生殖系统发育和生育能力。Objective To investigate the impact of repeated abortions on the growth and reproductive capacity of F1 generation male mice.Methods F1 generation male mice born by BALB/c mice after two medical abortions induced by intraperitoneal injection of RU486 were used as an experimental group,and F1 generation male mice born by BALB/c mice that had no history of abortions were used as a control group.The survival rate and body weight of F1 generation neonates during the first three weeks after birth were measured.The testicular weight,testicular morphology,epididymis sperm concentration,sperm motility,and reproductive ability of F1 generation male mice were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in neonate survival rate or body weight gain between the two groups(P>0.05),but the reproductive capacity paramters,including the testicular weight(P<0.01),sperm concentration(P<0.05),sperm activity(P<0.05),and the mating ability(P<0.05),were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,indicating that the development of the reproductive system and fertility of F1 generation male mice decreased in the experimental group.Conclusion The reproductive system development and fertility of F1 male mice can be impaired by repeated abortions of mothers.
