摘 要:目的监测2014-2020年哈密市5岁以下儿童营养性疾病情况。方法收集2014-2020年哈密市5岁以下儿童体检数据,统计哈密市(城区及乡村)儿童低体重、生长迟缓、超重、肥胖、贫血、中重度贫血发生率,分析其变化及城乡差异。结果2014-2020年共收集哈密市5岁以下儿童140905例。2014-2020年5岁以下儿童低体重率呈下降趋势,2020年为0.27%,与2014年比较降幅为81.38%;2020年生长迟缓率为0.94%,与2014年比较降幅为42.15%。2020年超重发生率为23.25%,与2014年比较升幅为2052.78%。2020年肥胖率为6.81%,与2014年比较升幅为581.00%。城乡间低体重率、生长迟缓率、超重率、肥胖发病率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。2020年哈密市贫血患病率为4.30%,与2014年比较降幅为64.70%,7年间贫血、中重度贫血患病率呈下降趋势,乡村中重度贫血患病率降幅高于城区。结论2020年哈密市5岁以下儿童营养不足、营养缺乏发病率较2014年减少,而营养过度发病率增加。Objective To monitor the nutritional diseases of children under 5 years old in Hami from 2014 to 2020.Methods The physical examination data of children under 5 years old in Hami from 2014 to 2020 were collected.The incidence of low weight,growth retardation,overweight,obesity,anemia,and moderate to severe anemia among children in Hami(urban and rural)was counted.The changes of incidence rate and the differences between urban and rural areas were analyzed.Results A total of 140905 children under 5 years old in Hami were collected from 2014 to 2020.The low weight rate of children under 5 years from 2014 to 2020 showed a downward trend.In 2020,it was 0.27%,a decrease of 81.38%compared with 2014;the growth retardation rate in 2020 was 0.94%,a decrease of 42.15%compared with 2014.The incidence of overweight in 2020 was 23.25%,an increase of 2052.78%compared with 2014.The obesity rate in 2020 was 6.81%,an increase of 581.00%compared with 2014.There were no significant differences in the rates of underweight,growth retardation,overweight,and obesity between urban and rural areas(P>0.05).In 2020,the prevalence of anemia in Hami was 4.30%,a decrease of 64.70%compared with 2014.The prevalence of anemia and moderate to severe anemia showed a downward trend in the past 7 years,and the prevalence of moderate to severe anemia in rural areas decreased more than that in urban areas.Conclusions In 2020,the incidence of poor nutrition and malnutrition among children under 5 years old in Hami will be lower than that in 2014,while the incidence of overnutrition increase.
