摘 要:为了探究不同柳树对柳蓝叶甲的抗性表现,筛选出具有优良抗性的品种,以三蕊柳、蒿柳、红皮柳、黄花柳、垂柳、白柳6种柳树为试验材料,进行了田间调查和室内饲虫试验。结果表明,在田间自然条件下三蕊柳的叶片未受侵害,成虫数量及幼虫数量均为零,表现出了高抗。在室内饲虫试验中,柳蓝叶甲成虫在饲养前5 d未取食三蕊柳,5 d后开始出现取食行为,但叶片取食面积显著低于其他品种。饲养15 d后成虫的存活率仅为6.67%,显著低于喂食其他品种的存活率。柳蓝叶甲幼虫在饲养前3 d内对三蕊柳叶片的取食量显著低于喂食其他品种的,且在喂食4 d后全部死亡。根据抗虫性鉴定试验证明三蕊柳为柳蓝叶甲高抗品种。测定三蕊柳与其他5种柳树的差异次生代谢产物得出异泽兰黄素-葡萄糖苷、异泽兰黄素、2a羟基-齐墩果酸、木犀草素-香豆酰辅酶A己糖、2-O-二没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、6,8-二异戊烯基香豌豆苷元6种主要的上调差异次生代谢产物。In order to explore the resistance performance of different willow trees to Plagiodera versicolora and screen out varieties with excellent resistance.With 6 species of willows Salix triandra,Salix caprea L.,Salix babylonica,Salix alba L.,Salix viminalis,and Salix purpurea as test materials,field investigations and indoor feeding experiments were carried out.The results showed that,under the natural conditions of the field,the leaves of Salix triandra were not infested,and the number of adults and larvae were zero,showed high resistance.In the indoor feeding experiment,the adult Plagiodera versicolora did not feed on the Salix triandra for 5 days before feeding,and began to show feeding behavior after 5 days,but the feeding area of the leaves was significantly lower than that of other varieties.The survival rate of adults after 15 days of rearing was only 6.67%,which was significantly lower than the survival rate of feeding other species.The larvae of Plagiodera versicolora larvae had significantly lower food intake on the leaves of Salix triandra in the 3 days before feeding than those fed with other species,and all was after 4 days of feeding.According to the pest-resistance identification test,Salix triandra was a high-resistance variety.The 6 kinds of up-regulated differential secondary metabolites were obtained by determination of differential secondary metabolites of Salix sanlifi and other 5 species,Isomeranthin-Glucoside,Eupatilin,2a hydroxyleanolic acid,Luteolin-Coumaryl coenzyme A hexose,2-0-Digalic-β-D-Glucopyranoside-β-D-Glucopyranoside,6,8-Diisopentenyl vetch aglycone.
