摘 要:为了探究新疆野苹果无性系表型性状和生理指标的遗传多样性及其变异规律,全面系统对其种质资源进行评价,筛选出具有优良性状的无性系,以18个新疆野苹果无性系为研究对象,对其形态指标和生理指标进行方差分析、相关性分析、聚类分析以及主成分分析。结果表明,18个新疆野苹果无性系在10个形态指标上均存在显著差异。各形态指标变异系数的变化范围为2.19%~15.91%,其中,南北冠幅的变异系数(15.91%)最大,叶面积的变异系数(2.19%)最小;各无性系树高和地径之间存在极显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.942。除叶绿素a外,18个新疆野苹果无性系在其他9个叶片生理指标上均存在显著差异,各生理指标变异系数的变化范围为2.04%~13.58%,其中,叶绿素b的变异系数(13.58%)最大,L*的变异系数(2.04%)最小;各无性系叶片色度参数a*值与花青素含量之间存在极显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.820。18个新疆野苹果无性系遗传距离的变化范围为3.230~9.075,平均遗传距离为5.089;在遗传距离为6.016处,18个新疆野苹果无性系被分为5类。18个新疆野苹果无性系的10个形态指标和10个生理指标被分为5个主成分,各主成分的贡献率在5.165%~32.910%,累计贡献率达到84.191%。M12得分最高,为0.975;M16得分最低,为-0.865。In order to explore the genetic diversity and variation law of phenotypic characters and physiological indexes of Xinjiang wild apple clones,comprehensively and systematically evaluated its germplasm resources and screened out clones with excellent characters.Taking the 18 Xinjiang wild apple clones as the research object,the study carried out variance analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that:(1)There were significant differences in 10 morphological indicators of 18 Xinjiang wild apple clones.The variation coefficient of each morphological indicators ranged from 2.19%to 15.91%,among which the variation coefficient of south and north crown width was the largest,which was 15.91%;and the variation coefficient of leaf area was the smallest,which was 2.19%.There was a significant positive correlation between height and ground diameter of each clone,and the correlation coefficient was 0.942.(2)In addition to Chlorophyll a,there were significant differences in other 9 physiological indicators among 18 Xinjiang wild apple clones.The variation coefficient of each physiological indicators ranged from 2.04%to 13.58%,the variation coefficient of Chlorophyll b was the largest,which was 13.58%;and the variation coefficient of L*was the smallest,which was 2.04%.There was a significant positive correlation between the color parameter a*and the anthocyanin content of the clones,the correlation coefficient was 0.820.(3)The genetic distance of 18 Xinjiang wild apple clones ranged from 3.230 to 9.075,and the average genetic distance was 5.089.At the genetic distance of 6.016,18 Xinjiang wild apple clones were divided into 5 groups.(4)The 10 morphological indicator and 10 physiological indicators of 18 Xinjiang wild apple clones were divided into 5 principal components.The contribution rate of each principal component ranged from 5.165%to 32.910%,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 84.191%.The score of M12 was the highest,which was 0.975,while that of M16 was the
