摘 要:对选自邢台、石家庄和保定山区的11个野生酸枣资源,在河北平原地区的献县进行栽植,并对其生物学特征、特性进行调查和测定。结果表明,11个野生酸枣资源二次枝主针刺长度、节数、节间长度、单果重、单仁率、多仁率、出仁率等性状有显著差异;其中二次枝节数和节间长度是衡量树势开放和树冠大小的主要指标,11个酸枣资源中二次枝节数最多的为S8,二次枝节间长度最长的为S11,显著高于其他处理。单果重与核肉比和果实出仁率呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.850和-0.797;核肉比与果实出仁率呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.792;单果重和核肉比可作为预选指标。多仁率与果实出仁率和核出仁率均呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.548和0.668。综上,综合性状较好的5个仁用资源类型为S3、S4、S6、S8和S10,果肉加工类型为S1、S5和S7。The 11 wild jujube resources selected from Xingtai,Shijiazhuang and Baoding mountainous areas were planted in Xian County of Hebei Plain,and its biological characteristics and features were investigated and tested.The results showed that there were significant differences in the main needle length,number of nodes,internode length,single fruit weight,single kernel ratio,multiple kernel ratio,and kernel ratio among the 11 wild jujube species.The secondary branches number and internodes length were the main indicators to measure tree vigor opening and canopy size.Among the 11 wild jujube resources,the S8 had the largest number of secondary branches,and the S11 had the longest length of secondary branches,which were significantly higher than the other treatments.The weight of a single fruit and the ratio of kernel to fruit had significantly negative correlated with the ratio of kernel to fruit,the correlation coefficients were-0.850 and-0.797,respectively.The ratio of nucleus to fruit had significantly positive correlated with the ratio of kernel to fruit,the correlation coefficient was 0.792.The weight of a single fruit and the ratio of nucleus to fruit could be used as the pre-selection indicators.The multi-kernel ratio had significantly positive correlated with the kernel to fruit ratio and nucleus to kernel ratio,the correlation coefficients were 0.548 and 0.668,respectively.In summary,the 5 kernels resource types with better comprehensive characteristics were S3,S4,S6,S8 and S10,and the pulp processing types were S1,S5 and S7.
