摘  要:白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)是我国南方人工混播草地的重要豆科牧草之一,具有重要的利用价值。为探寻白三叶枝条扦插生根的最适生长素种类及浓度,提高白三叶种茎的繁殖速度,本试验以白三叶"海发"为供试材料,研究了3种不同生长素(IAA、IBA、NAA)的5种浓度(50、100、200、300、500mg·L^(-1))对白三叶枝条扦插生根的影响。结果表明,不同浓度及不同种类的生长素对白三叶枝条扦插的促进生根效果不同,但3种生长素均可提高白三叶插条的生根率、生根数及根长,对白三叶插条生根具显著(P<0.05)影响,当IBA浓度为200mg·L^(-1)时,其扦插效果最佳。隶属函数分析结果表明,3种生长素对白三叶扦插生根的效果以IBA效果最佳,NAA和IAA效果次之。Trifolium repensis is one of the important leguminous forage grass, which is widely used in mixed artificial grassland in Southern China.To find out the optimum auxin species and concentration effecting on Trifolium repens cuttage seedlings survival rate, three different kinds of auxin(IAA、IBA、NAA) and 5 different concentrations of each auxin(50 mg·L^(-1),100 mg·L^(-1),200 mg·L^(-1), 300 mg·L^(-1),500 mg·L^(-1)) on the Trifolium repens "Haifa" were carried out in this study.The results showed that all three auxin had effects on promoting Trifolium repens rooting, with significant increase of rooting rates and numbers of growth and the length of roots(P<0.05).However, different kinds and concentrations of auxin had different impact on the rooting of Trifolium repens. When the concentration of IBA was 200 mg·L^(-1),the promoting effect of cuttage was the best.According to the analysis results of membership function, the IBA had the best impact on the Trifolium repens,NAA and IAA come second.
