摘  要:海滨雀稗Supreme(SP)品种为供试材料,通过测定叶片叶绿素含量、相对含水量、电导率、丙二醛、过氧化氢、超氧阴离子等指标,探明了低温驯化对海滨雀稗抗寒性相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,海滨雀稗在低温胁迫下电导率、丙二醛、过氧化氢、超氧阴离子含量明显升高,相对含水量和叶绿素含量明显下降。经过低温驯化后,能够有效减少电导率、丙二醛、过氧化氢、超氧阴离子含量的升高,缓解叶绿素含量和相对含水量的下降,从而提高海滨雀稗对低温胁迫的耐受程度。Seashore paspalum Supreme(SP)varieties were used as test materials.The effects of low temperature domestication on physiological indexes related to cold resistance of seashore paspalum were investigated by measuring chlorophyll content,relative water content,electrical conductivity,malonaldehyde,hydrogen peroxide,superoxide anion and other indexes.The results showed that the conductivity,malondialdehyde,hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion content of seashore paspalum increased significantly under low temperature stress,while the relative water content and chlorophyll content decreased significantly.After low temperature domestication,the increase of electrical conductivity,malonaldehyde,hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion content could be effectively reduced,and the decrease of chlorophyll content and relative water content could be alleviated,so as to improve the tolerance of seashore paspalum to low temperature stress.
