摘 要:研究了Cr,Er:YAG晶体的能级结构,分析了Cr^(3+)与Er^(3+)能量共振转移和3μm激光的能级跃迁过程。在室温条件下设计搭建了氙灯泵浦源及其泵浦的Cr,Er:YAG激光器,分析了激光器输出能量与泵浦能量、输出能量与晶体温度的关系。在单发自由运转模式下,激光器最高输出能量529 mJ,脉冲宽度103μs,斜率效率0.26%。波长范围2923~2940 nm,2个峰值波长分别为2930 nm和2933 nm。实验结果表明,Cr,Er:YAG晶体能够有效实现3μm激光运转。The energy level structure of the Cr,Er:YAG crystal is studied,the energy resonance transfer process from the Cr^(3+)to Er^(3+),and the energy level transition process of the 3μm laser are also discussed.The xenon lamp pump source and the Cr,Er:YAG laser are designed and constructed at room temperature.The relationships between the output energy and the pump energy,the output energy and the crystal temperature are analyzed.In the single-shot free running operation,the maximum output energy,the pulse width and the slope efficiency are 529 mJ,103μs and 0.26%,respectively.The spectrum range is 2923 nm to 2940 nm,and the two peak wavelengths are2930 nm and 2933 nm respectively.Experimental results show that the Cr,Er:YAG crystal is an efficient candidate for the 3μm laser operation.
