摘 要:目的:建立白芍配方颗粒与炒白芍配方颗粒中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),Welch C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长230 nm。结果:芍药苷在5.92~118.40μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=10.065X-2.4299,r=0.9998。平均回收率为100.19%,RSD为1.91%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、可靠,灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于白芍配方颗粒与炒白芍配方颗粒质量控制。Objective:To establish a determination method for paeoniflorin in paeony dispensing and stir-bakedpaeony dispensing granules.Μethods:A reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)method was applied for the content determination with a Welch C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)at 25℃.Acetonitrile-0.1%Phosphoric acid(14∶86)was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Result:The linear response range was Y=10.065X-2.4299(r=0.9998)for paeoniflorin.The recovery of paeoniflorin was 100.19%,and RSD was 1.91%(n=6).Conclusion:The method was simple,reproducible and accurate.It could be used for the further research on the quality control of paeony dispensing and stir-bakedpaeony dispensing granules.
