摘  要:剑河至黎平高速公路项目平信特大桥连续刚构孔跨布置为90 m+160 m+90 m,主墩最高79 m。其中,10#、11#主墩常年位于乌下江水域范围内,由于乌下江水量充沛,水流流速过大,水位变化起伏量以及变化频率过大,传统围堰施工操作性不强,受降雨、水流等环境因素影响过大,不可控因素过多,安全、质量、经济、进度、成本风险过大。经公司技术部门研究决定,采用搭设桩基钻孔施工钢平台的方法进行桩基施工,并制订专项施工方案,组织专家论证,审批通过后方可实施。论文从施工方案确定,钢平台基础施工,主梁、纵梁、小分配梁搭设安装,钢护筒安装等方面详细介绍了钢平台的施工过程以及施工工艺,并对钢平台后期变形监测做了介绍。The Span arrangement of continuous rigid frame of Pingxin Bridge of expressway project from Jianhe to Liping County is 90 m + 160 m + 90 m, and the maximum height of main pier is 79 m. Among them, the main pier of 10#and 11#are always located in the water area of Wuxia River, because the water quantity of Wuxia river is abundant, the current velocity is too big, the water level fluctuation and the change frequency are too big. The traditional cofferdam construction is not easy to operate, influenced by the environment factors such as rainfall and water flow, the construction progress has too many uncontrollable factors, and risks of safety, quality, economy and schedule cost are too high. After study and decision by the technical department of the company, the construction of pile foundation is carried out by the method of laying pile foundation and drilling steel platform, and the special construction plan is formulated and implemented after the verification and approval of experts is completed. This paper introduces the construction process and construction technology of steel platform in detail from the aspects of construction scheme determination, foundation construction of steel platform, erection and installation of main beam, longitudinal beam and small distribution beam, and installation of steel cylinder, and introduces the deformation monitoring of steel platform in the later period.
