摘　　要：为了开发一种高档休闲类富丽绉面料,采用19.7 tex天丝纱与19.7 tex加捻兰精环保黏胶纱进行交织。文章对产品设计思路及规格作了简要说明,重点对关键生产工序,如强捻纬纱处理、浆纱、织造及染整后整理等作了工艺技术分析,并采取了相应的技术措施,确保坯布织造效率达95.0%、下机一等品率达90.0%、入库成品一等品率达98.5%。经第三方检测,产品总体达优等品水准。该产品轻盈飘逸、柔软舒爽、富有垂性、亲肤,制成夏季服装穿着非常舒适。In order to develop a kind of high grade leisure rich crepe fabric,19.7 tex tencel yarn and 19.7 tex twisting cymbidium environmental protection viscose yarn are interwoven.In this paper,the idea of product design and specification are briefly described.The key production processes are analyzed,such as strong twist weft processing,sizing,weaving and finishing,and the corresponding technical measures are taken.The weaving efficiency of grey fabrics reaches 95.0%,the first-class product rate of off machine reaches 90.0%,and the first-class product rate of warehousing finished products reaches 98.5%.Through the third-party inspection,the overall product reaches the level of excellent products.The product is light and elegant,soft and comfortable,full of sag and skin friendly.It is made into summer clothes and is very comfortable to wear.
