棉/再生聚酯色织家纺面料的设计与生产

摘　　要：在GA747-360型阔幅剑杆织机上开发的棉/再生聚酯色织家纺面料,是一种绿色环保型面料,符合当今发展生态经济的要求。文章对织物规格与上机工艺进行了合理设计,并重点对生产技术进行了分析与探讨,如漂染时采用高温高压的筒染工艺、络筒采用电子清纱与空气捻接、整经时采用分轴分色整经法、浆纱采用分色分层排花工艺及合理的浆料配方与上浆工艺,解决了色毛羽及织造过程开口不清等问题。剑杆织造时采用双轴并列式生产,优化设计了上机工艺参数,以保证顺利投产,成品达到环保型面料要求。Cotton/recycled polyester yarn dyed home textile fabric developed on GA747-360 wide rapier loom is a kind of green and environment-friendly fabric,which meets the requirements of developing ecological economy.This paper reasonably designs the fabric specification and weaving process,and focuses on the analysis and discussion of its production technology,such as high temperature and high pressure barrel dyeing process in bleaching and dyeing,electronic yarn cleaning and air splicing in winding,axis separation and color separation warping method in warping,color separation and layered flower arrangement process in sizing,reasonable sizing formula and sizing process.The problems of color hairiness and unclear opening in weaving process are solved.Double axis parallel production is adopted in rapier weaving,and the process parameters are optimized to ensure smooth production and the finished products meet the requirements of environment-friendly fabrics.
