摘　　要：利用已经育成的绿皮绿肉、红皮白肉萝卜雄性不育系材料作母本,用曲阜心里美萝卜自交系等材料作父本,配制杂种一代。杂种一代中表现雄性不育的组合,用父本回交,经多代回交,结合肉质根性状选择,选育出心里美萝卜雄性不育系和保持系,对心里美类型萝卜杂交育种具有重要意义。Using male sterile lines of the radish with green-flesh and green-peel and the radish with white-flesh and red-peel as female parents,inbred line of Qufu Xinlimei radish as male parent to breed hybrid F1.Backcross the hybrid generations which appears male sterile with male parent multiple times,and breed male sterile line and maintainerline of red-flesh radish according to characteristics of the fleshy root.It is of important significance to crossbreeding of the type of the red-flesh radish.
