摘  要:为探究不同丝瓜种质资源对枯萎病的抗性水平,采用室内人工接种法,对68份丝瓜种质资源进行了枯萎病抗性鉴定。结果表明,供试材料中,高抗材料有2份,病情指数分别为6.25和8.26;抗病材料18份,病情指数16.13~29.83;中抗材料33份,病情指数30.73~49.30;感病材料12份,病情指数50.19~68.83;高感材料3份,病情指数78.39~94.82。说明供试的68份丝瓜种质资源中,高抗和抗病材料有20份,可以作为丝瓜抗病育种的亲本,以便选育抗病新组合并进一步推广种植。In order to explore the resistance level of different Luffa cylindrica to Fusarium wilt,68 luffa germplasm resources were identified by indoor artificial inoculation.The results showed that there were 2 high resistant materials with the disease index of 6.25 and 8.26,18 resistant materials with disease index distributed from 16.13 to 29.83,33 moderate resistant materials with disease index distributed from 30.73 to 49.30,12 susceptible materials with disease index distributed from 50.19 to 68.83,3 high susceptible materials with disease index distributefrom 78.39 to 94.82.Those results suggested that there were 20 high resistant and resistant materials among the 68 luffa germplasm resources,which could be used as the parents of L.cylindrica to select new combinations for diseaseresistance and further popularization.
