赛肤润液体敷料早期干预预防乳腺癌放射性皮炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察赛肤润液体敷料早期干预预防乳腺癌放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的接受术后放射治疗的乳腺癌患者79例,依照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(39例)。2组均于放疗前30 min接受常规护理,观察组加用赛肤润液体敷料以预防放射性皮炎。比较2组患者放射性皮炎发生率、放疗完成率及中断率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者放射性皮炎发生率为45.00%,低于对照组的66.67%(Z=2.149,P=0.032);2组患者放疗完成率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者中断率为5.00%,低于对照组的23.08%(χ^(2)=5.384,P=0.020);观察组患者护理满意度为92.50%,高于对照组的69.23%(Z=2.101,P=0.036)。结论赛肤润液体敷料可有效减少放射性皮炎的发生率,并减轻放射性皮炎的严重程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of early application of sanyrene liquid dressing in preventing radiodermatitis of breast cancer.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,79 patients with breast cancer who received postoperative radiotherapy in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(39 cases).Both groups received routine nursing 30 minutes before radiotherapy,and the observation group was added with sanyrene liquid dressing to prevent radiation dermatitis.The incidence of radiation dermatitis,completion rate and interruption rate of radiotherapy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of radiation dermatitis in the observation group was 45.00%,lower than 66.67%in the control group(Z=2.149,P=0.032);There was no significant difference in the completion rate of radiotherapy between the two groups(P>0.05);The interruption rate of radiotherapy in the observation group was 5.00%,significantly lower than 23.08%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.384,P=0.020);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 69.23%in the control group(Z=2.101,P=0.036).Conclusion Sanyrene liquid dressing can effectively reduce the incidence of radiation dermatitis and reduce the severity of radiation dermatitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
