摘 要:以甘蓝为材料,通过对6个不同微生物菌肥品种在净菜率、维生素C、净菜总产量等性状上的影响对比,筛选出效果显著的菌肥品种应用于生产推广.结果表明:施用菌肥后主要产量指标净菜率均高于常规施肥对照处理,其中T7处理较CK显著增加9.27个百分点,增幅达13.27%;施用菌肥均能不同程度的促进维生素C的合成,含有2种以上菌种且有效活菌含量高的复混类微生物菌肥,促进作用最明显;施用菌肥后甘蓝净菜总产量均高于常规施肥对照处理,其中T2和T7显著高于CK处理,较CK分别增产4533 kg/ha和3933 kg/ha,增产率达17.00%和14.75%,说明有效活菌含量高的菌肥和含有水溶性碳的复合微生物肥料,增产效果显著.Using the cabbage as the material,through the comparison of the effects of six different microbial fertilizer varieties on the characters of net vegetable rate,vitamin C,yield,etc.,the remarkable effect of microbial fertilizer varieties are selected for application in agriculture production.The results showed that:after applying microbial fertilizer the main yield indexes net vegetable rate was higher than that of conventional fertilization treatment,among which T7 treatment significantly increased by 9.27 percentage points and 13.27%compared with CK treatment;the content of vitamin C has different degrees improved by applying microbial fertilizer,among which there are more than two kinds of strain,especially the composite microbial fertilizer containing giant bacillus,which has the most obvious promotion effect;after applying microbial fertilizer,the total net yield of cabbage was higher than that of conventional fertilization treatment,in which T2 and T7 were significantly higher than CK treatment,with an increase of 4533 kg and 3933 kg per hectare,respectively,the rate of growth reached 17.00%and 14.75%,indicating that the microbial fertilizer with high effective viable count and the composite microbial fertilizer containing water-soluble carbon had a significant effect of increasing yield.
