摘  要:分析了北方严寒地区煤矿地面生产系统火灾隐患和消防水系统稳定运行的重要性。结合现场调研分析了北方严寒地区煤矿地面生产系统采暖的现状和消防系统面临的风险,重点针对输煤系统、筛分破碎系统、储煤系统等的隔热和采暖方案进行了分析论证,并提出配置具有温度调节、故障诊断、节能分析等功能的智能供热管理系统,通过强化现场的硬件设施和管理的软件系统来确保采暖系统的稳定运行,进而保证消防系统稳定运行。Through analyzing the hidden fire hazard of the coal mine ground production system in the northern severe cold area, the importance of the stable operation of the fire water system is revealed. Combining with investigation, the present situation of coal mine ground production system heating is analyzed and the risks faced by the fire control system in the severe cold area of north China are pointed out. The heat insulation and heating schemes are discussed for the coal handling system, screening and crushing system and coal storage system. And an intelligent heating management system is put forward with the functions of temperature regulation, fault diagnosis and energy saving analysis, thus to strengthen the hardware facilities and management software system and ensure the stable operation of the heating system and fire control system.
