县级图书馆分馆和流通点建设探讨——以松溪县图书馆为例

摘　　要：近年来为促进城乡文化创新发展,提出了县级公共图书馆总分馆制的想法,且予以了实践。松溪县图书馆积极推进图书馆总分馆制改革,想方设法地开展延伸服务,大力建立图书馆分馆和流通点,极大地提高了馆藏书刊文献的流通利用率,打破了原总馆空间和地域的局限,改善了固定服务和被动服务的弊端,主动把优秀文献资源送到广大公众面前,使图书馆免费、优质的服务惠及到各个角落。基于此,该文先是分析了办分馆的精神和意义所在,然后以松溪县图书馆为例,探讨分馆建设的实际情况,最后再针对分馆建设中实际存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以供参考。In recent years,in order to promote the innovative development of urban and rural culture,the idea of the general branch library system of county-level public libraries has been put forward and put into practice.Songxi County Library actively promoted the reform of the general and branch library system,tried every means to carry out extended services,vigorously established library branches and circulation points,greatly improved the circulation utilization rate of books,periodicals and documents in the collection,broke the space and geographical limitations of the original general library,improved the disadvantages of fixed service and passive service,and actively sent excellent document resources to the general public,so that the free and high-quality service of the library can benefit all corners.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the spirit and significance of running branch libraries,then takes Songxi County Library as an example to explore the actual situation of branch library construction,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference according to the actual problems in branch library construction.
