摘　　要：目的:观察不同剂量红花黄色素A(Safflor yellow A)对盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)模型诱导的大鼠脓毒症时肺功能的影响及血清中细胞因子的变化,为脓毒症导致的ALI/ARDS临床辅助治疗提供实验室依据。方法:对盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)模型诱导的脓毒症大鼠注射不同剂量红花黄色素A(Safflor yellow A),观察不同剂量红花黄色素A对早期脓毒症大鼠肺功能的保护及对炎性因子的调控。结果:增加红花黄色素A的剂量,有明显减缓肺损伤,改善氧合指数的作用,改善大鼠脓毒症时肺功能障碍,同时发现增加红花黄色素A剂量较低剂量明显下调炎性因子TNF-α,IL-1β,使血清TFPI水平升高,并且降低血清TF水平。结论:较大剂量的红花黄色素A可以减轻脓毒症大鼠早期的炎性反应,对脓毒症大鼠早期肺损伤有保护作用,减缓ALI/ARDS(急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征)的发生。Objective To observe the effect of safflor yellow A in different doses on pulmonary function and the change of cytokines in serum of rats with sepsis induced by cecal ligation and perforation(CLP)model.To provide laboratory basis for clinical treatment of ALI/ARDS caused by sepsis.Method Different doses of safflor yellow A were injected into sepsis rats induced by cecal ligation and perforation(CLP).The effects of safflor yellow A on lung function and inflammatory factors in early sepsis rats were observed.Results Increasing the dose of safflower yellow A can significantly slow down lung injury,improve oxygenation index,and improve lung dysfunction in rats with sepsis.At the same time,it was found that increasing the dose of safflower yellow A can significantly reduce the inflammatory factors TNF-αand IL-1β,increase the serum TFPI level,and reduce the serum TF level.Conclusion High dose safflower yellow A can reduce the early inflammatory reaction of sepsis rats,protect the early lung injury of sepsis rats,and slow down the occurrence of ALI/ARDS(acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome).
