脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合利巴韦林颗粒和中药外洗在扁平疣治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合利巴韦林和中药外洗治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:把98例扁平疣患者随机分成两组。治疗组49例,对照组49例,两组患者均口服利巴韦林颗粒,3次/d,150 mg/次,疣体用白鲜皮与枯矾加水煮沸,液体放凉外洗,2次/d。治疗组同时口服脾氨肽口服冻干粉,2次/d,2 mg/次,治疗2周、4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组治疗2周、4周的有效率分别为87.76%和97.96%,对照组分别为61.22%和73.47%,两组患者治疗2周、4周的有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合利巴韦林颗粒和中药外洗治疗扁平疣疗效确切,复发率非常低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral frozen dry powder of splenic aminopeptide combined with ribavirin and traditional Chinese medicine external washing in the treatment of flat wart.Method 98 patients with flat wart were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 49 cases,control group 49 cases,both groups of patients oral ribavirin granules,three times a day,each time 150 mg,the body with white fresh skin and dry water boiling liquid for cold washing,twice a day.At the same time,the treatment group took the spleen ammonia peptide orally frozen dry powder twice a day,2 mg each time,and observed the effect after 2 weeks and 4 weeks.Results The effective rate of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment in the treatment group was 87.76%and 97.96%respectively,and the control group was 61.22%and 73.47%,respectively,and the effective rate of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of splenoaminopeptide combined with lebavirin granules and traditional Chinese medicine external washing on flat wart is accurate,and the recurrence rate is very low.
