摘  要:目的:探究小探头超声内镜对消化道隆起性病变的诊治效果。方法:选择2017年12月~2020年6月收治的40例消化道隆起性病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成研究组和对照组,每组20例,研究组采用小探头超声内镜进行诊治,对照组采用普通电子胃镜进行诊治,以病理学检查结果作为金标准,对比两组患者诊断符合率、治疗总有效率。结果:研究组患者诊断符合率、治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小探头超声内镜对消化道隆起性病变的诊治效果显著,不仅能有效提高患者诊断准确性,还能指导后续治疗。Objective To explore the effect of small probe ultrasound endoscopy on the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal bulge lesions.Method We selected 40 patients with gastrointestinal bulge lesions treated in our hospital from December 2017 to June 2020 as the research object,and they were divided them into a research group and a control group by random number table method,20 cases in each group.The small probe ultrasound endoscope was used for diagnosis and treatment in research group,and the control group was treated with ordinary electronic gastroscope.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic coincidence rate and total treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients.Results The diagnosis coincidence rate and the total effective rate of treatment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The small probe ultrasound endoscope has a significant effect on the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal bulge lesions.It can not only effectively improve the diagnosis accuracy of patients,but also guide the subsequent treatment.
