摘　　要：目的:浅析心理暗示联合营养照护对肺结核合并糖尿病患者心理弹性、营养状况及睡眠质量的影响。方法:纳入104例肺结核合并糖尿病患者为研究样本,采用随机数字表法将其划分为观察组与对照组各52例。观察组给予心理暗示联合营养照护,对照组给予常规护理,评价两组干预效果。结果:干预前两组心理弹性评分、体重、血红蛋白、总蛋白指标值、睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组心理弹性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组体重、血红蛋白、总蛋白值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施心理暗示联合营养照护可有效改善患者心理弹性与营养状态,提高睡眠质量。Objective To analyze the influence of psychological hints plus nutrition supports on mental elasticity,nutritional status and sleep quality of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus.Method 104 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected as research samples.According to random number table,patients were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52).The control group was served with routine care;the observation group was served with psychological hints and nutrition supports.Nursing effects were appraised.Results Before intervention,mental elasticity scores,body weight,hemoglobin,total protein levels and sleep quality scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,mental elasticity scores in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);body weight,hemoglobin and total protein levels in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);sleep quality scores in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological hints combined with nutrition supports can effectively improve patient’s mental elasticity,nutritional status and sleep quality.
