摘　　要：随着城市化的不断推进增加了对农村土地的需求,导致越来越多的集体土地房屋面临被拆迁[1]。本文以重庆市北碚区蔡家岗街道为例,简要介绍了集体土地房屋征地拆迁的工作流程和集体土地房屋面积绘图系统的主要功能。The continuous advancement of urbanization has increased the demand for rural land,resulting in more resettlements for collective-owned land houses[1].Taking Caijiagang Street,Beibei District,Chongqing City as an example,this article briefly introduces the workflow of the collective-owned land housing acquisition and resettlement,and the main functions of the collective-owned land housing area mapping system.
