摘 要:MES系统是一种生产管理系统,在现代信息化技术的辅助下,将“计划-调度-操作”等业务打造成一体化的管理模式,从而让镀锌生产线得到稳定有序、高质高量的开展,让工作效率得到切实提高,确保企业竞争力进一步增强。因此,本文从镀锌生产线的工作流程入手,分析MES系统在镀锌生产线上的实际应用情况,以期提高镀锌生产线的生产效率和生产质量,实现信息化管理,对生产线实现远程监控,及时发现其中存在的问题,并且落实相应的处理措施。MES system is a production management system.With the assistance of modern information technology,“planning-dispatching-operating”and other services are integrated into an entire management mode,so that the galvanizing production line can be developed in the stable and orderly manner,with high-quality and high-quantity,which has effectively improved the work efficiency and ensures that the competitiveness of enterprises is further enhanced.Therefore,this article focuses on the work flow of the galvanizing production line,analyzes the actual application of the MES system in the galvanizing production line,in order to improve the production efficiency and production quality of the galvanizing production line,realize information management,realize remote monitoring of the production line,promptly discover the problems,and implement corresponding measures.
