摘　　要：本文立足北京华风创新网络技术有限公司(简称华风创新)综合业务管理的实际需要,充分考虑了华风创新综合业务管理系统开发的可行性和与实际业务管理的匹配度,在确保业务应用便捷的前提下,划分三个子系统,应用编程技术设计系统架构。综合业务管理系统针对公司不同人员角色设置不同用户权限,实现综合管理的全流程把控。考虑网络安全保障需要,系统在气象业务内网部署,重点保障系统数据安全。系统的业务化应用将进一步提升公司管理水平和信息电子化能力。This article focuses on the actual needs of Beijing Huafeng Innovation Network Technology Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Huafeng Innovation)for comprehensive business management,and fully considers the development feasibility of Huafeng Innovation’s comprehensive business management system and its matching degree with actual business management.Under the premise of ensuring convenient business application,it is divided into three subsystems and applies programming technology to design the system architecture.In the comprehensive business management system,different user permissions are set up for different roles of the company’s personnel,thus realizing the full-process control of comprehensive management.Considering the needs of network security assurance,the system is deployed on the meteorological service intranet,focusing on ensuring system data security.The system business application will further enhance the company’s management level and information electronization capabilities.
