传统音乐发展契机下职业院校艺术教育实践研究——以山东大鼓为例

摘　　要：现阶段我国职业院校正在教育改革和创新的进程中,同时面对传统音乐文化的发展契机,传统的职业院校艺术教育工作已经无法与新形势社会对音乐人才的需求相适应,应采取更为专业的实践教学活动,从而更好地传承我国传统音乐文化。文章首先阐述了现阶段我国职业院校艺术教育的现状及成因,而后以山东大鼓为例探讨了传统音乐发展契机下职业院校艺术教育的创新实践策略。At this stage,vocational colleges in our country are in the process of educational reform and innovation.At the same time,facing the development opportunities of traditional music culture,traditional vocational colleges’art education work has been unable to meet the needs of the new society for music talents.Adopt more professional practical teaching activities,so as to better traditional Chinese traditional music culture.The article first expounds the current situation and causes of art education in vocational colleges in our country,and then uses Shandong Dagu as an example to discuss the innovative practice strategies of art education in vocational colleges under the opportunity of the development of traditional music.
