十一方药酒涂擦结合艾瑞昔布片治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察十一方药酒涂擦联合艾瑞昔布片治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果,分析其有效性、安全性。方法:纳入100例KOA门诊患者,采取随机数字表法随机分成2组(各50例),A组予十一方药酒涂擦联合艾瑞昔布口服治疗,B组应用艾瑞昔布片口服,观察期为2周,分别于治疗前、治疗后1周、2周3个时段,采用VAS、WOMAC、中医临床症状评分等指标评定疗效。结果:A组有效率为94%,优于B组的86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1周、2周后,两组在VAS、WOMAC、中医临床症状评分上均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较提示治疗组(A组)较观察组(B组)好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十一方药酒联合艾瑞昔布片中西医结合治疗KOA患者,较单纯西药疗法疗效更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of combination of Shiyifang medicinal wine rubbing and imrecoxib tablets in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods:A total of 100 patients with KOA were randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group by random number table method. Patients in group A were treated with Shiyifang medicinal wine combined with imrecoxib tablets, and patients in group B were treated with imrecoxib tablets. The observation course was 2 weeks. The VAS, WOMAC, TCM clinical symptom score were used to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy before treatment, 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment respectively. Results:The effective rate of group A was 94%, which was better than that in group B(86%)(P<0.05). After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of VAS, WOMAC and TCM clinical symptoms scores in group A and B were better than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the ratio between groups indicated that the scores in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shiyifang medicinal wine rubbing combined with imrecoxib tablets on the treatment of KOA patients is more significant than western medicine therapy alone, and it is worthy for further clinical promotion.
