离子液体预处理桉木热解制备半焦及其对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究

摘　　要：文章分别采用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([Bmim]OAC)、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸酸盐([Bmim]H_(2)PO_(4))和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋氯盐([Bmim]Cl)3种离子液体(IL)水溶液在80℃的温度下预处理桉木,然后在650℃的温度下热解制备桉木半焦,并研究桉木半焦对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。研究结果表明:IL预处理后的桉木热解半焦表面结构更疏松无序,桉木半焦表面含有更多的含氧官能团;低pH值条件有利于提高桉木半焦对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附容量;[Bmim]OAC,[Bmim]H_(2)PO_(4)和[Bmim]Cl水溶液预处理可明显提高桉木热解半焦对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量,从未处理桉木热解半焦的17.79 mg/g分别增至30.88,26.87,26.32 mg/g。Eucalyptus is pretreated by ionic liquids with different anions 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole acetate([Bmim]OAC),1-butyl-3-methylimidazole phosphate([Bmim]H_(2)PO_(4))and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole acetate([Bmim]Cl)mixed with water under 80℃,and then was pyrolysis to prepare biochar,the adsorption properties of biochar for Cr(Ⅵ)in water was investigated.The results show that the pretreatment of[Bmim]OAC,[Bmim]H_(2)PO_(4) and[Bmim]Cl aqueous solution resulted in a more loosen and disorder structure pyrolytic biochar,which contain more O-containing functional groups.A smaller pH value is in favor of increasing biochar absorption capacity,biochar from eucalyptus pretreated with[Bmim]OAC,[Bmim]H_(2)PO_(4) and[Bmim]Cl can significantly increase the adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ),which from 17.79 mg/g of raw sample to 30.88,26.87,26.32 mg/g respectively.
