摘 要:为研究法兰螺栓断裂对风力发电机组塔筒的结构影响,文章基于有限元软件ABAQUS建立了风力机塔筒精细化计算模型,对不同断裂比例和不同位置螺栓断裂工况进行了计算分析,并与完好状态下的风力发电机组塔筒进行比较,研究了塔筒应力、位移和固有频率的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着断裂比例的增加,塔筒法兰位置处更易进入屈服状态;塔筒顶部位移随着螺栓断裂比例的增大而增大,且增幅变大;塔筒的固有频率随着螺栓断裂比例的增加而下降,风电塔的一阶频率对螺栓断裂反应最为敏感;塔筒顶部位移和一阶频率可作为观测指标,对快速判定螺栓的工作状态具有参考价值。In order to study the influence of flange bolt fracture on the structure of wind turbine tower,based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the refined calculation model of wind turbine tower was established.The bolt fracture conditions of different fracture ratios and positions were calculated and analyzed.Compared with the intact wind turbine tower,the variation law of tower stress,displacement and natural frequency were studied.The results show that with the increase of the fracture ratio,the tower flange position is easier to enter the yield state;the tower top displacement increases with the increase of bolt fracture ratio,and the increase becomes larger;the natural frequency of wind power tower decreases with the increase of bolt fracture ratio,and the first-order frequency of wind turbine tower is the most sensitive to bolt fracture.Therefore,the displacement at the top of the tower and the first-order frequency can be used as the observation indexes,which have reference value for quickly determining the working state of the bolts.
