摘  要:白芍初加工废水主要来源于清洗,蒸煮和脱皮工段,废水可生化性强但含有一定中药杀菌有机成分,废水难以达标排放已成为行业性难题。文章基于对现有技术工艺环节存在问题的分析和探讨,在分质分流与资源回用的理念指导下,将清洗废水简单处理后回用于生产;蒸煮脱皮混合废水采用“预处理+厌氧UASB+A/O+末端类芬顿”作为主工艺,可实现白芍初加工废水稳定达标排放。方案中兼顾白芍皮屑残渣回用,沼气资源回用等,可提高经济效益。The preliminary processing wastewater of radix paeoniae alba mainly came from the cleaning process,cooking process and peeling process,which was complicated wastewaters with high biodegradability and organic antimicrobic ingredients,it was difficult to reach the discharge standard by present treatment technology and became a focus industry problem.Under the guidance of dividing treatment according to different water quality and resource recycling,a technical treatment scheme was proposed on the basis of the depth analysis and discussion of current treatment technical problems.The key technology of it included reuse of the cleaning wastewater by precipition treatment,and the main process of"Pretreatment+Anaerobic UASB+A/O+Fenton-like"used for cooking combined peeling wastewater,which could maintain stably discharge standards.Specially,the economic benefit was obtained by the reuse of scraps of the radix paeoniae alba and methane.
