摘　　要：废旧电器回收亟待全社会共同的协同运作与不懈努力。通过约简现实废旧电器回收网络,引入政府补贴机制,构建了一个制造商、一个零售商以及一个第三方回收商构成的闭环供应链模型;着眼于闭环供应链系统最优运行态势,借以揭示政府补贴的激励约束作用,表明补贴机制有助于协调参与者行为,有利于供应链的合作共赢;最后提出废旧电器社会化回收的优化策略。The recycling of waste electrical appliances needs the concerted operation and unremitting efforts of the whole society.By reducing the actual recycling network of waste electrical appliances and introducing the government subsidy mechanism,a closed-loop supply chain model composed of a manufacturer,a retailer and a third-party recycler is constructed.Focusing on the optimal operation situation of the closed-loop supply chain system,this paper revealed the incentive and constraint role of government subsidies,which showed that the subsidy mechanism helps coordinate the behavior of participants and is conducive to the supply chain.Finally,the optimization strategy of social recycling of waste electrical appliances was put forward.
