摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘的方法分析探讨急性缺血性脑卒中痰热腑实证的用药规律。方法:全面检索中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang)、PubMed中关于中医药治疗急性缺血性脑卒中痰热腑实证的临床文献,检索时限为各库建库之日至2020年4月27日,通过“古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)”软件建立数据库,并运用SPSS20.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对高频药物进行聚类分析和药物关联规则分析。结果:共纳入文献60篇,提取处方59条。研究结果显示,治疗急性缺血性脑卒中痰热腑实证所选中药以苦寒、甘温为主;归经以胃经、肝经、脾经为主;常用药对为“瓜蒌‑大黄”“胆南星‑大黄”等;通过关联规则分析综合支持度最高的药对组合为胆南星‑大黄,聚类分析分2大类。结论:中药治疗急性缺血性脑卒中痰热腑实证多以化痰通腑药物为主,因该类药物大多苦寒,应当注意在驱邪的同时顾护脾胃,中病即止,做到邪去而正不伤。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in treating acute ischemic stroke with phlegm‑heat syndrome based on data mining.Methods:All clinical studies on TMC treatment of acute ischemic stroke with phlegm‑heat syndrome were searched by SinoMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and Pubmed databases from the establishment of each database to 27 April,2020.Database was established through"ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.2.3)"software.SPSS20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 softwares were used to perform clustering analysis and drug association rule analysis of high frequency drugs.Results:A total of 60 articles were finally included and 59 prescriptions were collected.The result showed that the commonly used drugs are mostly bitter cold,sweet and warm.The meridian tropism is stomach,liver and spleen.In these prescriptions,the frequently used drug pairs include“Trichosanthes‑Rhubarb”,and“Rhubarb‑Arisaema amurense Maxim”.The association analysis results showed that Rhubarb‑Arisaema amurense Maxim had the highest correlation.Two clusters were classified through cluster analysis.Conlusion:Acute ischemic stroke with phlegm‑heat syndrome is mostly treated with TCM drugs by resolving phlegm and dredging viscera.Since most of these drugs are bitter and cold,care should be taken to protect the spleen and stomach.
