摘　　要：穴位贴敷疗法是一种方便、有效且副作用少的中医外治疗法,治疗消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer,PU),经药物吸收与经穴刺激双重作用,疗效独特。本文从用药、选穴以及治法协同应用方面,对穴位贴敷疗法的研究进展进行了综述,明确了穴位贴敷治疗消化性溃疡的积极作用,可较好地改善消化性溃疡患者胃脘痛等临床症状,为进一步探索其研究方向、论证其疗效,提供了新思路。Acupoint application therapy is a convenient and effective external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with fewer side effects.The dual effects of drug absorption and acupoint stimulation show the therapy's unique advantages in the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer.This paper summarizes the research progress of acupoint application therapy in terms of medication,acupoint selection and the synergistic application.It is clear that acupoint application has a positive effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer and can better improve the clinical symptoms of epigastric pain in patients with peptic ulcer,providing new ideas for further exploration of research direction and demonstration of efficacy.
