摘　　要：目的研究藓状雪灵芝Arenaria bryophylla Fernald乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法通过硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH20、制备HPLC方法等进行分离纯化,波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从藓状雪灵芝分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为小麦黄素(1)、山柰酚(2)、槲皮素(3)、异槲皮素(4)、芹菜素(5)、木犀草苷(6)、β-羟丙基香草酮(7)、儿茶素(8)、棕榈酸(9)、阿魏酸(10)、香草酸(11)、对羟基苯甲醛(12)、芒柄花黄素(13)、甘露醇(14)、蔗糖(15)、异牡荆素(16)、4-羟基苯乙酮(17)、奎宁酸(18)、咖啡酸(19)、对苯二酚(20)。结论化合物1~20均为首次从藓状雪灵芝中分离得到,化合物7、11~15、17均为首次从蚤缀属植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical composition of ethyl acetate fraction from Arenaria bryophylla Fernald.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by Silica gel, sephadex LH-20, preparative HPLC and the structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Results Twenty compounds were isolated and identified as tricin(1), askaempferol(2), quercetin(3), isoquercitrin(4), apigein(5), cynaroside(6), β-hydroxypropiovanillone(7), catechin(8), palmitic acid(9), ferulic acid(10), vanillic acid(11), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(12), formononetin(13), mannitol(14), D-sucrose(15), isovitexin(16), 4-hydroxyacetophenone(17), quinic acid(18), caffeic acid(19), hydroquinone(20).Conclusion Compounds 1-20 are isolated from Arenaria bryophylla Fernald for the first time, compounds 7, 11-15, 17 are isolated from the genus of Arenaria L. for the first time.
