摘  要:目的以简单、普适的内在质控指标建立太子参药材品质的等级评价模型,为太子参药材的等级评价及预测提供参考。方法采集22批不同产地太子参药材,测定样品中水分、总灰分、浸出物、总多糖、总皂苷等10个内在质量控制指标,应用主成分分析、聚类分析以及隐结构正交投影等计量化学方法,对22批太子参进行等级分类并建立等级预判模型。结果 22批太子参可以划分为3个等级,等级越高品质越差;醇溶性浸出物、水分、水溶性冷浸物以及挥发性醚浸出物对太子参的等级评价有重要作用。结论 PCA-HCA-OPLS结合建立的太子参等级评价及预测模型理想可靠,可以用于评价太子参的等级划分。Objective The simple and universal internal quality control indexes were used to establish a grade evaluation model for the quality of Pseudostellariae Radix. Methods Ten internal quality control indicators including moisture, ash, extract, etc. of 22 batches of the samples were measured. PCA, HCA and other metrological methods were used in grade evaluation and establishment of evaluation models.Results 22 batches of the samples can be divided into 3 grades, the higher the grade, the worse the quality.Alcohol-soluble extracts, moisture, and water-soluble cold extracts could play an important role in the evaluation of Pseudostellariae Radix. Conclusion The grade evaluation model jointly established by PCA-HCA-OPLS was ideal and reliable, and can be used for the grade division of Pseudostellariae Radix.
