口腔科医护人员抑郁、生活满意度和心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的:调查了解口腔科医护人员抑郁、生活满意度和心理健康的现状并探讨三者之间的关系。方法:采用16PF中的心理健康问卷、PHQ-9抑郁评估量表和生活满意度量表对157名口腔科医护人员进行问卷调查。结果:①口腔科医护人员整体心理健康状况良好,85.99%的医护人员没有被抑郁症状所困扰,心理适应不良的医护人员仅占3.18%;口腔科医护人员的生活满意度较高,89.2%的医护人员对自己的生活感到满意;不同性别和不同职业的口腔医护人员在抑郁和生活满意度的分布上没有显著差异;在心理健康方面,女性的心理健康状况显著高于男性(χ2=6.937,P<0.05),在职业上差异不显著;②口腔医护人员抑郁与心理健康、生活满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.289,-0.363;P<0.01),生活满意度与心理健康呈显著正相关(r=0.363,P<0.01);③口腔科医护人员的生活满意度在抑郁与心理健康间起部分中介作用,直接效应和间接效应分别占总效应的78.81%和21.19%。结论:口腔科医护人员的抑郁程度可以直接影响心理健康,还可以通过生活满意度的中介作用间接对心理健康产生影响。Objective:To investigate the status quo of depression,life satisfaction and mental health of stomatology medical staff,and explore their relationships.Methods:A total of 157stomatology medical staff were investigated by using the Mental Health Questionnaire in 16PF,PHQ-9Depression Assessment Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale.Results:①The overall mental health status of stomatology medical staff was good.85.99%of medical staff were not troubled by depressive symptoms,and only 3.18%of medical staff had maladaptive mental health.Stomatology medical staff had a high degree of life satisfaction,89.2%of them were satisfied with their lives;There was no significant difference in the distribution of depression and life satisfaction among different genders and different professions.In terms of mental health,the mental health status of females was significantly higher than that of males(χ2=6.937,P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in occupation.②Depression was negatively correlated with mental health and life satisfaction(r=-0.289,-0.363;P<0.01),and life satisfaction was positively correlated with mental health(r=0.363,P<0.01).③Life satisfaction of stomatology medical staff played a partial mediating role in the relationship between depression and mental health,and the direct and indirect effects accounted for 78.81%and 21.19%of the total effects,respectively.Conclusion:The degree of depression can directly affect the mental health of stomatology medical staff,and it can also indirectly affect the mental health through the mediating effect of life satisfaction.
