摘　　要：研究湿法氧化锌HR30在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶和胎冠胶配方中以湿法氧化锌HR30减量替代普通氧化锌,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能相当,工艺性能满足生产要求;成品轮胎的耐久性能达到国家标准优级品水平;可降低轮胎生产成本,减小胶料中的锌含量,有利于环保。The application of wet process zinc oxide HR30 in truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,using wet process zinc oxide HR30 to replace ordinary zinc oxide by the reduced amount in the formula of the sidewall compound and crown compound of truck and bus radial tire,the curing characteristics and physical properties of the compounds were equivalent,and the processing performance met the production requirements.The durability of the finished tire reached the premium product level of national standard.At the same time,it could reduce the cost of the tire production and the zinc content in the compound,which was beneficial to environmental protection.
