摘  要:使用硝酸银溶液作为整理液,通过浸渍法利用纱布表面的纤维素将水杨酸银附着在普通纱布上,使其成为具有自主抗菌性的抗菌纱布,并借助X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对纱布表面的附着物进行表征.依照国家标准使用大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作为测试菌种,在国家标准的最高菌液浓度下对抗菌纱布进行抑菌圈与抑菌率的抗菌评价,结果表明该抗菌纱布对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌效果显著.Using silver nitrate solution as finishing liquid,silver salicylic acid was adhered to ordinary gauze by dipping method using cellulose on the surface of the gauze,which made it become an antibacterial gauze with independent antibacterial property. The adhesive on the surface of gauze was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. According to the national standard,escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were used as test strains,and the antibacterial circle and antibacterial rate of the antibacterial gauze were evaluated under the highest concentration of the national standard national standard. The results showed that the antibacterial gauze had significant antibacterial effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.
